* Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.
* Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
* No returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference or incorrect selection.
* Customised orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
* Slight variations in colour, shape, size or embellishment may occur as each piece is handmade and are not considered defects.
